This is an introductory workshop to support educators and leaders developing educational or community programs. Participants will learn how to create learning and experience outcomes, and identify creative and appropriate assessment methods for measuring success.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the principles of Inclusion and Engagement, and how they can facilitate them online and in-person. Through discussion, interactive activities and personal reflection, participants will explore various strategies and tools to create inclusive and engaging learning environments that reflect and consider the spectrum of diverse learners and identities.

We believe that embracing the messiness of allyship is key to growth and working toward a more just and equitable world. In this workshop, participants will learn how to become better allies to equity-deserving groups and identify strategies for navigating authentic allyship, including the inevitability of making mistakes.
